Who would have thought that when we first met as two young police officers back in 1970, that we would remain best friends for so long. I was so impressed by your determination, positivity and attention to detail. You were a great role model, mentor and an inspiration, not only to me but to all who knew and worked with you. I know how proud you were of your family, how much you loved them. They to can be very proud of you, because you were one of a kind Jim!
